My mum can read arabic. She's in the house but she is busy at the moment, so when she's free i'll get her to try and read it.

Damn those are hard to read, all I can make out is:

Coin 1: Abu ... Mohammad

Coin 2: I don't think it has anything legible, text seems to be cut off at the corners, I can vaguely make out something that read like "Lor Lo" (which doesn't mean anything), and I can make out a letter here and there that seems to be part of a word that is "out of frame".

No idea if they're worth anything, where did you get them from?

I second what Naked Snake said , those are hard to read :(

just add prince to Abu mouhamad in coin 1. Maybe it has values , ebay them as rare prince arab coins and see what happened.

The second pic is upside down, and the first one needs to be rotated 30 degrees clockwise.

It looks like someone's name or something.

yoopoo , pakistan and arabic are two diffrent language. Is there an arabic ebay ? , if so try ebay it there , try to see if it is made from gold but not with your teeth :p

Yeah second pic of the first coin seems to says "Ameer Al Mu'mineen" at the bottom (which is a title used to be given to the "president" of the Islamic empire back then), but maybe that's just my eyes playing tricks on me.

After Mohammad it says Shah. So:

_______________________
Alaa Al Deen and the _____
Abu _____ Mohammad Shah
Sultan

for the first side of the first coin.

If it is actually "Ameer Al Mu'mineen " the age should be only 1470 years old. I am telling you , check if they are golddddd.

I tried searching for Mohammad Shah and got this:

Mohammad Shah Qajar ruled 1834-1848 under the Qajar Dynasty

But I doubt thats him. He ruled in India.

What? How does Ameer Al Mu'mineen indicate its only 1470 years old?

Muslim years is diffrent from us. it is 2005 ,where muslim is 1470 (maybe less or more).

"Ameer Al Mu'mineen " means the prince of all muslims . so my bet is 1000 or more years.

I see what you mean so your saying at max its 1470 years old because of the Hijra calender.

I tought at first that "Ameer Al Mu'mineen " is the first prince of muslim. After some thinking, it could be from the last prince or sultan. Sorry Yoopoo, your coins are losing values by the minute :p
