Anyone know of a good freeware MJPEG (.avi) to MPEG4 converter?

I'll even take an MJPEG to plain old MPEG 1 converter.

It's all these movies from my digicam (Minolta DiMage Xg). It uses Motion JPEG to capture movies, and 20 minute 15fps 320x240 movie is like freakin' 350MB! Look pretty decent if it has enough lighting, and plays fine on Quicktime, but I want to save some hard drive space, so help me out!

TMPGEnc only encodes to MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and maybe raw AVI. VirtualDub will encode to MPEG4 codecs like XViD or DiVX, as long as you have them installed. Not sure if it'll read MJPEG files, but it's worth a try.
