Anyone know where I can find nutritional info for cold cuts?

I'm a big fan of making cold cut sandwiches for lunch, but I've really got no idea what the nutritional value is for the meat I use.

Is there some place I can go to get average nutritional info for things like salami, ham, turkey, cappocola, roast beef, etc?

I'd like to eat healthy, and if these things are really bad for me, I'll probably go to tuna sandwiches. They seem to be pretty healthy, and they're a damn good source for protein.

Salami, ham and turkey (processed) are high in sodium and high in fat. I noticed a few months ago from my deli shop that our processed turkey meat was only 18% protein. Wow...I totally stopped buying from there.

These processed hams and coldcuts are terrible for ya. What Beerbelly said pretty much. Crazy high in fats and sodium, something 95% of people need less of.
