I did on 9/7 and according to the order status it says my system has shipped. The tracking # isn't in UPS's system yet but what gets me is I paid for overnight shipping, but they're listing it was sent standard. It's also listed to arrive anywhere between 11/22 and 11/29. Anyone else in the same boat? Should I call and complain about paying overnight shipping now or wait a bit to see what's going on?

I am in exactly the same boat... they shipped already from Tennesee to AZ.. and it is supposed to arrive by the 11/23. I called the customer service, but they really did not know anything, other than it's shipped.

I'm actually going to try and go to my local Walmart and see whats up. Alot of hicks shop there, so the possibility of it being sold out is very minimal. Unless one won a million dollars and bought a 360 every child it had.

I'm in the same boat. I paid for overnight and it shipped today standard shipping. My tracking number is good though, it shows in UPS' system as ground shipping en route from TN. I'll definitely be calling for my $35 back.

I just got off the phone w/ them, she said it shows up in their system as standard shipping. She said if I don't get it tomorrow I should call back and they'll take care of it, but they cant do anything before then.

Of course, none of the documentation they sent shows the shipping type so I cant even prove I paid for overnight.

Yup, that's what they told me also... I think what they did is ship to places so they get there after the 22nd. So techinically they may say that you paid "expedited" shipping for them to ship it early... instead of one day shipping going out on the 22nd.
