Just signed up with them a couple months ago and they have disconnected me and charged $15 for being over A DAY LATE w/payment each month. Yeah, I should just pay on time but I usually just write out all my bills at the end of the month because they're all clustered around the 22nd-3rd anyways. I need a cellphone rack to push over.
