Apple Music is just not as easy to navigate as Spotify. Plus they don’t have some songs that I love. It’s a real shame or else I’d move over immediately.

Honestly it is worth 29.95 for a single plan so it spread out to six is wicked.

I won't have anyone else to split the costs with, without making it a hassle. I will probably go with the Premier tier in December when a bunch of the free trials end for me.

At the moment, we are paying:
- Spotify Duo $13 or Apple Music $15
- Apple News+ $10
- iCloud Storage $3
Total $26 / $28

If the fitness thing is worthwhile, it makes the most sense to go with AppleOne.

Don't pass gaas, it is your Destiny!
Going to get premium when Apple TV free period is over. It’s only $5 more then what we are already playing (family music and 2tb cloud) and we will get Apple TV and arcade.

I still don't see the benefit of Apple TV. An UI to buy/rent movies on and a handful of their own shows? I must be missing something here.

I received 1 year for free because I got myself a 13" laptop, but I haven't used it at all after scrolling through it once.

I love it. I’m curious which songs you love that they don’t have? I haven’t ran into any of that kind of problem yet.

But yeah as for the rest, Apple TV and all that, fuck that noise lol.

Is It worth it? Can I share with friends?

If your friends are part of your Family Sharing, you can I believe.

The UI to rent/buy movies and shows is free. Just the specific content is behind the paywall.

Not too bad. Apple TV sounds sort of okay, I guess, and music is nice.

Arcade and iCloud? Ehhhh. Oh, and the extra premium sub for the very fake news, of course.

Feel like I'll be fine with Prime for the two things I'm interested in.

Apple wizards, I need some help. Can you buy an app through a MacBook and then use it on an iPad?

I ask as my kid got an iPad today for her birthday and wants Procreate on it. We have her set up with a kids account tied to my wife's apple account. We have a bunch of credit sitting on my wife's account too so we thought we would just use that to buy it but can't see it in the app store on her MacBook. I get that it is only for iPads but is there a way?

We don't see a way to use our credit through the iPad either...

One more question, a long time ago the parental account got changed to my name, not my wife's... How do we change it back? It's tied to her email and I have no apple stuff (yet).

Depends on the app. They list if you get it across devices.
Procreate does not have a native Mac app. Might work on Apple Silicone though.

Her MacBook is one prior to that, we bought it in August.

I'm not looking to run the app on her MacBook, just to buy it and have it shared through the family sharing to my kids iPads.

Were late to the apple game and trying to learn. Were all going to iPhones and such (were planning to do all our stuff) in the next 18 months.
