Round 2007, when my local arcade was still open (RIP Fun N Games), I'd head there to play Third Strike a lot, I wasn't very good at the time but I could beat most people. Anyway I fought some really big guy (he played Alex, and I played Urien), and beat him, now, when I say this guy is big, he is really big, easily in the upper league of 6 feet tall, borderline 400 pounds, not exactly a body builder, but he packed on some pounds and a lot of it when to muscle. He got mad, very mad. He lifted the 3rd Strike machine an inch or so off the ground, though the back end of it was still on the ground (mind you, this is one of the big fighting game cabinets, one where the controls are spaced apart from the screen, this thing easily weighed more than most humans could lift), and he proceeded to shake it violently, moving it a good three feet to the side.
My friend who was there at the time told him to calm down, and they almost got into a fight, before one of the staff came by and threatened to call the cops on the guy, he was banned from the arcade ever since. I was surprised he didn't try to fight me personally. It wasn't even a very noteworthy match or anything, just random games on a friday night.
