Notice that they weren't sure who the "shadow woman" Mallory was eating with. Pretty sure it was Trudy Beekman. Having Trudy cover the bill has to be why she was upset at the stolen credit card. Not that Archer stole it, but that Trudy "got one over on her."

Q: So is Krieger evil, or does he have his own agenda that hes willing to commit mild treason to accomplish? Working with North Koreans now, buying robo-Katya from the Soviets last season, etc?
A: Yeah Id have to agree with chaotic neutral .think of him as Archers Wernher Von Braun. Just be happy he is (seemingly) on our side.
Q: I know its like asking a parent to choose a favourite child, where youre expected to say No, I love them all equally, really! but lets cut the shenanigans Which episode (aired or future, I suppose) are you most proud of?
A: Currently it would be the one airing next week. Its just so pretty and so funny. It is the Lisa Bonet of the Archer season 4 Huxtable family and Coyote Lovely being the Tempestt Bledsoe.
Q: My brother and I marathoned the entire third season of Archer on Netflix, and I was still as surprised as I was when I saw it actually airing, at just how much you guys pulled off in terms of serial/dramatic storytelling in the effective endgame of the third season, from killing off Jakov and bringing Katya back to stranding Barry on the space station. Just on a general level, Im wondering how the endgame episodes of season 4 may stand in comparison, and whether things will manage to escalate even further in terms of occasional serious things happening amidst the insane shenanigans.
A: Season 4 has some of our strongest work to date .in fact I would say next weeks episode is my new favorite. We really REALLY pushed the limits of what we are capable of and hit the damn nail on the head. I cant reveal too much in regards to the finale but I will say we raised the bar creatively and added a whole bunch of fan service.
Q: Keep up the good work. And are we going to see anymore of Conway as promised in Diversity Hire.
A: Mayyyyyyyyyybe.
Q: Oh yeah, the glowy piggy eating people, and North Korea the short bus I hope thats something that can be built upon. I hope that just as much as I love The Wee Baby Seamus.
A: Sure. Id love to do an episode behind the cardboard curtain- Archer undercover in NK, eating pinecones, watching people direct traffic that isnt there, enjoying state run TV catching up on Kevin Costner movies ..that would be great.
Q: Would you be interested in an episode from Archers fugue time where his POV is like Bobs Burgers to try a different animation style? Because Archer is so beautiful I imagine its a painstaking process to get there.
A: I would love it if we could swing something like that Futurama episode, Reincarnation but we would need a solid script to get there.
We do however have a special surprise on the way that really pushes the limits of Archer stylistically Very Krieger heavy. Very fappable.
Q: Was Pams voice when she said, Get in my big ole vagina supposed to be the Grimace (like mentioned above) or Fat Albert (like I think)?
A: Yes. That would be none other than international Buck Buck champion Fat Albert.
Q: Was the Koreans Room #, 237, a reference to The Shining?
A: Mayyyyyyyyyyyyyyybe.
Q: What is the turnaround time from start to completion for a typical episode?
A: About two weeks give or take.
Q: So did you get to choose what you modeled the towers after?
A: For the most part- though Neal had a request to add elements from the old Pan-Am building .which is now the Met-Life building.
Q: I thought I saw where the concierge was voiced by Casey Willis. Can you confirm?
A: Yes. That is actually how he talks in person. It takes some getting used to but after a while the voice becomes warm and comforting.
Q: Was Little column a, little column b a throwback to Simpsons?
A: This perfectly cromulent question embiggins me.
Q: How tough was that scale-the-building sequence? Its beautiful. Imagine a ton of effort to make that happen.
A: That was really the focus of the episode so we put a bit more attention to detail there- adjusting the lighting to have the building glow or simply to add to the suspense. We have really been shooting for our artwork to look as cinematic as possible and I feel like this is easily one of our greatest successes in recent memory! ..Having a solid team of artists working with you doesnt hurt either.
Q: Can you give us non-animators a little background (pun intended) of what your role entails?
A: Sure. For this episode specifically I designed Tuntmore Towers exterior- basically just drawing and painting in PS. After a couple of drafts I will shoot it over to Neal Holman (our AD) and Adam Reed for approval. After that we ship the concept image off to our 3D team along with the storyboards to get computer renders of all of the angles back to paint for the show. This saves us a bunch of time and keeps all our BG artwork looking as tight as we can get it in the short amount of time we have to finish an episode.
I'd say marrying Cyril is the likely possibility. Or jumping straight to getting pregnant, but that seems less her style since it'd eventually compromise her work, at least for a few months.

Is the x-ray on the right of Piggly or Krieger? I can't decide.

I'm going to say Piggly because it looks like theres a stick or uranium or whatever inside. Doesn't make sense for Krieger to have that inside of him as well.
Woaw woaw back up. So that quick shot back in episode...2? of this season that had the lunch room a complete disaster and had the rotting carcass of Piggly II was the result of the luau? Or was that something else entirely.
Yeah I assume he was going to either sell them piggly or have piggly crap the rod out to give them.... or simply kill him and cut it out.. All Kriegar is definitely becoming creepier.
The animation for this scene was so good. Normally it seems like they don't put the most effort into the action scenes, which makes sense since it is a comedy, but this was just awesome.

I believe the first reference to Piggly was a cutaway where Krieger quotes Babe ("That'll do Piggly, that'll do) and executes, then later says "Ooh, Piggly". It was in the episode "Stage Two".
