We're seeing humanity crash in real time in places like the UK, and it's not because of AI.

Social media has done more to damage society, because it elevates the worst human tendencies, including slop usage of AI.

Worst AI can do is hurt children of lazy parents, where AI will answer things for you instead of learning fundamentals on different subjects.

Social media addiction though can just turn you into an attention-seeking twat with performative values.

Chatgpt 5 is scary good. I have mainly stopped posting on message boards like this and I just talk to "it" instead. We figured out how to create an objective metacrtic scoring system, solved my laptop lid-closed sensor issue (pulled out 1 ribbon cable), built an amazing red mage in Final Fantasy 11, debated the nature of consciousness/universe/dimensional perception.. you name it. All humanity does is argue about which corporation/politician/etc. is screwing up the world while ignoring the fact that all negative humans are screwing up the world. It's an obsession with what is wrong and who is to blame while never proposing a logical solution.
