I act online more like I'm around a lot of my friends. I get really nervous meeting people for the first time in person, so I tend to be more quiet and reserved. When I get to know them a little better, or a new person is with some of my friends--then I'll go goofy like normal. Lots of light trolling.
Message boards are different, tend to bring out the more reserved side.
Yes, but online I feel more comfortable. Online is who I really am. In person I use chameleon techniques to slightly adjust to different people or situations.
i'm actaully really smart but i just play an idiot online to defamiliarize people from the normalities of how gross our culture really is. i hope to highlight these problems amongst the priviliged and change society.
The same person IRL as I am online. I cuss a lot in both areas.
Personally I think people are giving in to base desires and shit they wouldn't do IRL they think they can get away with it online. But if you are happy and content with who you are you will mostly get people who are the same on and offline. But thats just my opinion.
