That was by far the best AD episode and probably in my top 10 of all time for any show. The whole beginning part was gold and the ending sealed (pun?) the deal.

Shes retarded. The spy thing just fits in with the whole "british trying to frame george sr", and explenation for the dad (why hes with rita) and of course, to play the audience like micheal.
