STRIX!!!!

saw this laptop, not bad price, strix 16

I9, 13 gen
32 gb ddr5 (can home upgrade )
1tb ssd (plus one more bay for upgrade)
Rtx 4060 8gb
2 chargers , small and big.

For 1850 us.

I had an asus g14 , 15 years ago? Was huge and not portable but work flawless. Then I got a 2011 MBP and used until today with no issue , crazy how long they last.

I gave my mbp to my brother and now Im only desktop.

Any experience with those strix? Are they huge? I went to a store but no strix. Only zephyrus, very portable.

Even if I build a laptop with similar expect the price is almost the same (no Rtx 4060 for desktop, it goes to 4070).

I like Alienware design , more money less power.. so i pass.

I don’t need to work on the go . But do need to move the laptop.

I’m an MSI guy, but have heard horror stories about MSI customer support. Dunno how good or bad Asus support is. But the price seems fair.

As an Asus user who thankfully hasn't had to rma, word is their support has really gone downhill.

Only downside is your charger goes wherever you go, heat destroys the motherboard etc.
