You can type a text and the thing changes it to voice and it has up to 13 Multi-Lingual voices. No downloading necessary.

Whats cool is how pretty darn accurate it is. Try it out...

Some company (Budweiser?) had a website where you could upload a pic, then animate it (make the mouth move) with digitized sound (similar to this). The usenet group I used to frequent had a blast with it.

I thought their system worked reasonably well. I was using this as my text input:

Obviously the timing and inflection is rough, but overall it wasn't too bad and the only word that was particularly mispronounced was "joke", which all the voices were determined to say as "joe". Still, not too shabby.

that would be cool, kinda like the fanta movie maker(I think), gaf had a blast with it... Now all fanta has is the movie poster maker
