Nintendo: "The N64 is powerful enough to send a rocket to the moon".
SEGA: "Dreamcast is so powerful that software developers will no longer have any technical boundaries. The only boundaries will be the imaginations of the developers".
Sony: "The Emotion Engine will know that a piece of wood will float if submerged in water".
Sony: "The PlayStation 2 will become the central hub of home entertainment. When connected to your microwave it will prepare your food for when you get home from work".
Sony: "It's not even worth comparing PS2 to Dreamcast - it's that much more powerful".
It's all PR rubbish. Wait and see what the finished software is like if you're that bothered about which new console is more poweful.
