Fuck this guys been up there for 3 days, has he not slept? If so why haven't they just waited till he falls asleep and then climb up and get him?

He hasn't slept. Climbing up there and trying to snag him, sleep or no, puts him and officers at unecessary risks. If he falls when they try to grab him, the cops are so getting sued.

They need to just raise a wide net underneath him then force him off the edge
