Yes.....This game will certainly be gaming content, you can tell by the gigabytes it takes up on your hard drive and the time it will take to consume it
Day one for me
They're 5 weeks apart.Looks even better than before. Shame it releases on same day as Monster Hunter, but I plan to pick this up later for sure.
You're right. I knew this game released on the same day as another game I planned to get, but then mistakenly got the month wrong lol. They're 5 weeks apart.
The team compared the gameplay to the film Children of Men, in which players assume control of an everyman instead of a skilled fighter.
This looks like a game I will play a lot so will likely give Rebellion my money instead of playing it on GPIt's a day one on GP Ultimate.
Bless Game Pass.![]()
Another winner for GamePass. Haters gonna hate.
Does this mean I have to wait on Gamepass PC just like I did with Avowed? It's a day one on GP Ultimate.
yep. & it certainly helps when your game looks to be genuinely interesting...This is how you sell a game. Nice detailed trailer. Looking forward to playing.
Fallout Newby BridgeIs this Far Cry: Cumberland?
It's the Sniper Elite devs lol.Preordered time ago , alot of Fallout vives but on a different context.
Hope there are sniper rifles...
Is this Far Cry: Cumberland?
I guarantee this will also be one of the games of our lifetimes. This game will certainly be gaming content, you can tell by the gigabytes it takes up on your hard drive and the time it will take to consume it
I didn't know we had AI members now. Welcome to neogaf. This game will certainly be gaming content, you can tell by the gigabytes it takes up on your hard drive and the time it will take to consume it
On the other hand, combat looks clunky and pretty meh. Here is the reactivity of npcs that is missing entirely from Avowed.
I'd rather have these type of systems than the flashy graphics and 'combat' that seemed to be the focus for Obsidian for some strange reason.
I hope the Devs do well with this one, looks interesting but the nuclear accident setting is a bit crowded at the moment.
In an ideal world yes - however if you call your game an RPG it needs deep systems and NPCs that react and compelling story. Turn-based combat in RPGs is fine (and indeed is often far better than action combat given how intricate systems can get - see BG3). My point is that Atomfall looks to be far more of an RPG than Avowed and one of these is funded by one of the wealthiest corporations on the planet and the other isn't. Atomfall looks to have made the most of the money that was put into it.On the other hand, combat looks clunky and pretty meh.
Devs should try to get both right in 2025.
