Not saying you're wrong, developers have changed engines before even after years of using in-house stuff, but it still looks uncannily similar to UE5.
The lighting, assets and vegetation, especially interiors coming from STALKER 2 looks very similar to me. UI, font as well. Eh. Dunno.

What everyone keeps blaming this problem on with most games: The engine itself.
This moment is a perfect example of what I mean because the blame was quickly and needlessly put on Unreal Engine.
