Atomfall |OT| From Sniper Scope to Nuclear Nope

What this games needs imo is at least a couple fast travel points, they could do it without losing the travel aspect which I understand their reasoning but they sorta do send you back and forth and there's some tunnels that sorta act as fast travel so you need to learn to do that.

A few more extra carry slots would he helpful as well, and I wish theyd tighten up the journal, it's a bit of a mess for quest tracking etc.

But the rest is great, love what they did here.

So I'm almost thru with my platinum but I will say something changed that did put a damper on it all and that is all of the sudden I was hostile to protocol. Now when sims sent me in there eveyeone was chill, there's a ton of protocol around and I was just working thru interchange but I had to go back and noticed I'm just getting fucked from everywhere, protocol, robots, just man... I mean I just had to get more aggressive but it was nice it felt like a natural immersive sim, but now it feels like straight up shooter except we don't have ammo like a shooter, if that makes any sense. To me an immersive sim should always feel light on combat.

Anyways still loving it but that Def put a damper in things

During my playthrough, they weren't hostile. Depends on ending you chose?

Well I wonder if something just got mixed up, when is like the ending cut offs? I didn't actually finish the game any yet but I was going just moving the quests along, I got all of interchange back up and running... But I still have all of everyone's quest lines to do the endings. But they just got hostile with me all of the sudden

Practically there is no ending cut off. You can see most of the ending by repeating last section that takes some 45 mins.

If they are hostile everywhere, not sure why that would be. Maybe some quest/action does that? Didn't happen with me.

Yea I am not sure either, but I finished about 4 endings so far so I'm back in business and those dudes are fine so it's all good

I think one of the issues and maybe this isn't the correct assessment but it feels like they weren't sure what direction fully they wanted to go at times given its an immersive sim with survival elements but has segments where you need ammo as if it's a straight up shooter, like getting a single smg bullet here and there it's like by the time the end game rolls in you may have one or two full clips for a showdown somewhere lol . That's my biggest beef I've come to realize in my playthru.
