Sony patents have finally expired and the Xperia Play is back. I am intrigued... been playing a tonne of my Steam library on the Redmagic 10 Pro and it is amazing.

Most people on steam deck just use the track pads to map keyboard commands or for mouse driven game (point and click, strategy games, etc…). But they don't replace the analog sticks. This ain't a good idea at all. Did Nintendo have a patent on their 3DS style analog sticks or something? This is gonna be good for retro games and emulators only.

It looks very sleek and clean...this is a hard pass for me and my "hill giant" sized hands.

It seems the world has forgotten how cramped the xperia play and PSP Go where.

Love the look but need to try it. Doesn't look comfortable. Like a future device in old movies.
