Looks like a really neat game. Hopefully if I do pick it up, I'm better at it than I am at NES Mega Man and GBA Mega Man & Bass.
For the looks, it's going to go for Mega Man Zero difficulty/style, so dunno...
Is that harder? My MM experience is woefully limited....
Im hoping for the price to be $20, but im expecting $30
I am a bit concerned about the core gameplay of this one, even though I'm very excited about 2d Inti sidescrollers.
It just looks like a one-trick pony. Tag enemies and just spam lighting. I liked the MMZ games because the combat was so fluid and elegant, and relied on reflexes and precision.
The Seven Psychic Swordsmen in this game look fucking terrific, though.
Personally, the increased moveset makes MMZ a bit easier to handle than classic MM. I think you'll be fine with Gunvolt.
