- Gohan goes SSJ2, beats Cell back down to his 2nd form
- Cell prepares to self-destruct and take out Earth
- Goku teleports himself and Cell to another dimension, dies during explosion
- Cell revives because one of his cells remains for him to regenerate, absorbs Goku's essence, teleports back to Earth and laughs
