It is fun going back through those things. My initial reaction was confusion about Affleck starring in something he wasn't directing, followed by "WTF at this casting?" Then it was just hoping Snyder and Goyer could wring good work out of Affleck, and maybe Affleck bringing on a different writer could be a very good thing.

I thought it looked awesome, that batman suit is just incredible. I want Leto to be sadistic as fuck in suicide squad if he was up against that. Superman vs batman is probably gonna be the best fight in any comic book movie, its gonna dethrone MoS as the king.

Teaser release, is what I mean. A lot of people have reacted negatively to it since you have this other ridiculous Teaser released on the same day. Human nature is to compare the two shinies! Doesn't matter if one is further along than the other, people will compare and have a reaction accordingly.

I for one felt underwhelmed initially due to that very fact. I was blown away by SW and i guess I went into this one to also feel the same way. Maybe if it had more Batfleck since I think it will be the highlight of the movie.

I won't bother predicting a total but it will be massive. Having these 2 in the same movie will make mostly everyone curious and willing to give it a shot. As far as beating Civil War, probably not but I think it will be closer than people predict.

2. maybe comparing two things they are buying, but there is no narrative anywhere right now that says one trailer "beat" the other. the SvB trailer is on a lot of front pages of websites today as a matter of fact. your personal opinions don't count as fact.
