Anyone excited about this game or getting into beta?

I know the first one wasnt very well received among hardcore RTS fan, but I really enjoyed its simplicity as it allowed to play with friends who weren't too much into RTS, and the game had good production values. I still think it's the best use of the licence in a game yet.

BFME2 shows a lot of promise, and seems to be the 'real' experience for LOTR fans, from the hero-building system, to the War of the Ring mode (though I still remember the first BFME didn't deliver all that was shown in trailers and hype reports prior to release)

ah yes BFME teh game in where you only need gandalf to murder hundreds of soilders. Its still a fun game though.

Actually all you need is Aragorn, then murder most buildings in 2 or 3 hits.

I can't wait for BFME2 though, it's going to be fun.

aragorn gandalf and gimly could all do that it was insane, the naz gul were pretty sad in comparison, *witch king screetch* "back tothe shadow" bleraggghhh 10k gold down teh drain for mordor .
