I doubt we'll see those until GamesCom since it's essentially E3 for PC gaming.

That trailer was shitty and the alpha footage from the other thread also looks really boring. I liked BC2 and the BF games in general but I'm not seeing a big jump from BC2 to BF3 besides a graphical one. Just not seeing the reason why there is so much hype around this game. Whoever chose the music in the trailer needs to be put down, guns sound good but the fucking rest. :/

BF2 large maps are MUCH wider than Heavy Metal.

I love a good FPS, but for some reason all the hype for this game is just not adding up for me. Gameplay wise it looks like every other BF game on consoles from the past few years.

Not to say I'm uninterested, but I'm just not understanding the GOTY level hypes from lots of people, including members of the media who seem invested in pushing that idea as well.
