I just watched Birth. Man, it truly was a misunderstood film. Not surprisingly, one of the few critics (it is sitting at 39 percent fresh) that gave it really high marks was from AO Scott. I am going to try and get to Silent Light and Sur Mes Levies this weekend after I get through some more Fantastic Fest films that I am going to miss out on.

Man, I just remembered Unfaithful the other day. What a great forgotten film that was. I haven't seen it since it came out in theaters but I remember being floored by it at the time. I probably should rewatch it sometime soon. Is anyone else making their lists yet?
