I was the biggest Radiohead fan at one point, and I still think they are among the greatest... but they are not at the top. Maybe if they had stopped making records after Kid A, maybe even Amnesiac.

They're going to have to come back strong on their next LP. IMO, they're reeling these days.

It helps that Gruff Rhys is incredibly cool, and nice.

I can't wait for his solo album that's coming out in a couple months. Here's what Kliph from The Flaming Lips said:

Oh, and a new CD is coming out, and Gruff Rhys has a guest appearance on Boom Bip's new album. YOU RULE.

They're totally underrated, guys. Maybe their problem is people don't like the singer's heavy Welsh accent or something, but the music they make is worthy of the praise we fans give it. I honestly don't listen to a band with a more consistent output. Here's to hoping their next album meets my expectations. Something described as "Steely Dan on crack" definitely has my attention.

Such a beast of a fucking album, there's no other way to describe it. I think it could very well be my favourite album put out by any band.
