So I got my A and B license and I am ready to start the game

I would sell the car you get from the B license ( for $3+ g's ) and buy the Mazda RX7 which leaves you almost exactly enough for the Mazda RX-7. Which is an awesome starter car!

Why don't you use the Pontiac that you were given for the A License?

For 10 G, my beloved Supercharged MR2, if there's a used one hangin' around. use the spare 5k for weight redux and a intake/exhaust. the thing flies.

you can do some heavy damage with this car. i managed to get through any cup that i could join using it.

if you spend as much money as possible on it, tweak the gear ratios, the suspension, and last but not least, tires (it manages to lose traction bit because of its size i guess), you totally have a winner, and an awesome looking car to go along with it. my max speed with it is one ninety three. excellent handling too. breaks are great too, just make sure that you get the tires. it brings everything together.
