I just picked up FFII, FFIII, and Chrono Trigger with box, instructions, maps, and plastic wraps from this guy. He has some killer things that you don't see too often. Check his list out.

EDIT: Link removed due to irrelevancy now...

Haha, I didn't notice that AB Roller the first time. Seriously though, look at what he's sold and what he's currently selling. I hope he was a continous supply of these things.

I once saw an auction on eBay for a phone call from a guy that would make monkey noises. I'm pretty sure that was the best. This is pretty good though.

He has an unbeleivable amount of classic SNES games. I really should buy some of these and get my old SNES back...

Is there any point to collecting SNES/NES/N64 games if Revolution is going to have them.

Anyone who buys this stuff, like Ogre Battle for 70 fucking bucks, is completely dumb. Revolution might have it for like 10$, and if it doesn't, you can always find them in small shops.

Well for one things, has it been confirmed that it will play all third party games? If not, there ya go.

EDIT: But if it has been, my interest in the Rev has increased twenty fold.

Hey, those Mario and Zelda books are ridiculously rare. I doubt they're worth that much money, but they're impossible to find.

I agree. In fact, buying any collectibles is STUPID. Like artwork. What kind of MORON would do that? If you had the chance to buy the Mona Lisa for a hundred dollars, you'd be RETARDED because I can go and get a poster of the EXACT SAME PICTURE for fifty cents AND it's not peeling or dirty.

I want those.
I have this vague feeling this thread will bump their price, though.

I remember being a kid in school and being able to buy that (and the Zelda book) in the Scholastic catalog and my parents refused. :(

The seller I originally pimped doesn't have anything left worth getting excited about. Still, I have my Chrono Trigger, FFII, and FFIII all with boxes, maps, inserts, and original plastic to be happy about.

How annoying. I have sold / am selling stuff that is "arguably" much rarer / better than all this old junk! But I am too scared to plug it here. ;-)

He's not so great anymore...I'd rather see this topic locked.

Kyoto, will you PM a link to people who are interested?

Sure. ;-) The stuff there might not be for everyone... but there are some undeniable gems (sold/selling/coming)!
Edit: Although they might need some spare PM space...!
