I finished X-2 for the first time with 71% using no walkthroughs or guides. Now I'd like to get 100%, but I only want to have to replay once. What is the best guide out there for getting 100% with this game? I noticed there were several guides for this on Gamefaqs.

Also, you keep all your items in the plus game, right? If I can't use Charm Bangle to avoid a lot of the fights the second time through, I'm not going to bother.

Yes, you get to keep all your items, Dresspheres, and abilities ... but your experience levels reset to 1.

I don't know about guides, but in general,

getting 100% on a second time through isn't too hard since you automatically have all your %age from the last time through regardless of what you do. So if you take different paths through the game on your second time through (e.g. giving the sphere you get at the end of chapter 1 to a different faction), both different routes get added into your percentage score. There's actually well over 100 percentage points that you can earn when you take this account, so you don't need to do EVERYthing.
