Best fighting game = $9.99 @ bestbuy.com (Virtua Fighter 4:Evolution)

If you even profess the BAREST HINT of preference towards fighting games, you will buy this game NOW or I will ban you for all eternity.

When is this series going to go online? For ****'s sake, the game has managed to get better each time and there are lots of hardcores. Well, only if you count messageboards, since I've never actually MET anybody else who plays the game. I've had it since release but I only have one friend who would even consider playing with me. The best promotion for this dead series would be to put it online!

Get to it Sega!

Did this game ever come out without the greatest hits logo on it? Ive seen pictures of it, but never before in a store.

Dead series? VF4 did very well on PS2

How well sales-wise? I want to see comparisons of sales among all the major fighting games.

I know I'm being dramatic when I say dead series. The series should be doing much better than it is however, and the quality of it should be getting people to hoard around 2 controllers.

And who are these ghost people? I am the only one I know who has actually stood behind VF. (VF1, VF:R, VF2, VF4:Evo)

I love fighting games. I'm not buying VF4:Evo. Hell, I don't even own a PS2.

but if I did have a PS2, it would be the first game I'd buy

I don't have the exact numbers but I'm sure VF4 is very close to a million units. VF4:Evolution didn't sell as much though, I guess people were content with the regular VF4

Someone with sales post them up :P

It's the best Single Player fighting game, with the possible exception of the original PS2 Virtua Fighter (which has a cool train-a-fighter mode).
