Im sick of downloading files that are 80min long so i want to split them up into 18 separate tracks but all the mp3 splitters ive looked at are very limited in the amount of splits i can make or dont even cut at the specified time (whats up with that?)

So where can i get one that works good?

Yeah, that's the one to get. Very nice program. It doesn't recompress so there's no quality loss.
