Not a GBA game as such, but Magical Drop (GBC) is pretty damn good. Apart from that, Super Puzzle Fighter would be an obvious choice.

You can still find a GBC copy of Pokemon Puzzle League, which is Tetris Attack.

If you're looking through old Gameboy games, look for Kirby Star Stacker or Mario Picross (where's Picross DS, already?!)

GBC version sucks. Dynamics are not 100% perfectly replicated and the field is smaller, and etc, etc, etc...

I own it but its still not the same as having a mutliplayer version plus Yoshi's cookie and Panel De Pon (basically Tetris Attack).
