I think that a better question would be, "Why are you buying your girlfriend flowers online?" If you want to make a good impression, I think she'd appreciate you picking them out from a local florist and delivering them yourself; unless she lives really far away or something. O_x

Couple of things.

I need them delivered and I don't have time today to setup anything.

Or tomorrow.

And I won't be around today or tomorrow. I'd love to give them to her in person, but I can't. So the easiest way for me to do it is to order online.

Also, she's not my girlfriend and we're just in the formation stages of a relationship, and as she's never been with a male in any kind of relationship, I bet she won't even see flowers coming from a mile away.

Take it from someone in a long distance relationship and experience with this stuff, you're gonna get fucked from online flower shops. All 1-800-flowers does is call up a local florist and puts in an order. With the florist knowing you won't see them, they give you the bottom of the barrel, especially on a high volume day like Valentine's

This year, no flowers at all, especially after paying so much for crappy ones last year. If you're not sending them far away, get them personally.
