Beyonce Turns Heads With Sports Illustrated Cover, Shakira Duet
Singer says she was 'playing a character' on set of magazine shoot.

LOS ANGELES — For years, Beyoncé and Shakira have seen each other at awards shows and talked about the same thing: collaborating. And at Sunday's Grammy Awards, they finally had something new to discuss: their video shoot the next day.

"We always say how much we respect each other and we want to do a song together, and after a couple of years it finally happened," Beyoncé explained. "She's been on tour and it's been difficult, but we did it 'cause we're both fans of each other and respect each other's work."

Beyoncé and Shakira's collaboration is called "Beautiful Liar" and will be featured on Beyoncé B'Day - Deluxe Edition, a double-disc set due on April 3. The first CD also includes the original album plus two other previously unreleased songs, "If" and "Flaws & All"; the second disc will boast six Spanish-language tracks — including "Amor Gitano," a flamenco-pop duet with singer Alejandro Fernández that will also serve as the theme song for Telemundo's "Zorro: La Espada y La Rosa (The Sword and the Rose)" — and three additional mixes of "Beautiful Liar."

Meh, I've never liked Shakira and Beyonce's new album isn't very good. More Rihanna please, she has better music with more variety and her attractiveness hasn't been destroyed by the industry yet.

That doesn't even look like Beyonce on the SI cover, photoshop dudes should periodically check back to the original to make sure the shop still somewhat resembles the person

I still like Beyonce more, and her new CD isn't bad. I like Amerie better than all of them, but, heh. Aside from like a couple songs, I never really did like Rihanna's music.

And, Beyonce still looks like Beyonce on the SI cover. It was photoshopped, but, she was on TV last night and she didn't look that different. :p

im just tired of her, she's so annoying. she hasn't take a break since forever.

first it was destiny child, they went on a break but she was on the Austin Powers movie. like 3 days later she released her first CD. promote it like hell and went back to DC, doing things every where. then they broke up and the bitch thought it would be fun to record a new CD in two weeks and realease it on her birthday! while recording her second CD she was on the pink panther and had ANOTHER new video. don't forget the Oscars crap, ugh. now she has a new CD and that means like one more year of Beyonce. also, there's Dreamgirls, where she got c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-l-y ignored and people went for Jennifer Hudson (JH>Beyonce, yes), she didn't like it and now is jealous of her, that smile when Hudson won the Golden Globe was obviously fake.

see? the bitch just doesn't take a break, i shouldnt know all that stuff about her!!! she's just too out there.
