So Jordan won? That's good. I don't even really watch the show (just caught some random episodes with my family over the summer), but as soon as I started watching I knew she would win it.

Nice! Again... not the best outcome but for the first time since uhh Lisa in BB3, a good person won BB. And, despite Jordan's clumsiness, she DID win all of the critical final competitions on her own.

Yeah you know it was over when they pulled America's Vote first.

Edit: That is pathetic her brother still lives with them too.

Went back just to rewatch that. When Julie says, "Two votes for Jordan, none for Natalie," you can genuinely see Michele bouncing with laughter behind her. :lol

I bet jordan blows that money within the next 12 months :lol
Fuck that. It will be like one day if she gets a car and house big enough to keep her entire family who are too scared to live by themselves.

uh. i didn't care if she won or not. i just didn't think natalie deserved any money.

I'm pissed Natalie got anything, but I was hoping two stronger players would make the final two. I guess Jordan's move paid off, but I don't think she had any clue the jury house was livid with Natalie.

And I'm disappointed to learn Kevin was serious about liking Natalie. I think less of him for that.

Maybe he was bitter that Jordan didn't take him to the end and went back on her word?

Those who are worried about Natalie need to remember: $50k won't sustain you for long and she's virtually unemployable. Fret not, she'll get her due in the real world.

She'll make millions in the professional junior tae kwon do league.

Why do you say she's unemployable?

WTF ? I don't understand these nasty comments about her. Especially after what she said she was gonna do with the money. She might not be smart (IQ), but she's clearly a person who cares about his family and friends and she can't hate anyone.

I know folks who live that way, all collectively contributing to the pot instead of splitting apart. Nothing wrong with how Jordo's family lives.

I'm looking forward to Evel Dick's thing on Stickam.

Cuz she's supposedly graduated from college, works at Blockbuster, and lives with her dad.

*No offense to people who do that here. :lol

Times are tough. I'm practically there (still in school but job prospects looking tough), but one of the guys I work with in retail has a Master's but still has to rely on his part time retail gig to pay the bills. Can't toss venom at her for that.

I want to register my cat for the next Big Brother. I think he can lay low and then pounce the last three weeks.
I definitely agree that BB needs to get rid of these 100% random competitions towards the end of the show. I get why they have them, but it's just bullshit when there are only 4-5 people left in the house.

Where do you live? I guess I'm not knocking the life style, but I've seriously never heard of it before. The closet I've seen is people living in the same lame, small town as their parents after "growing up."

Damn, that sucks. Again, I wasn't trying to make fun of the general public, just Natalie. Sorry the hate kind of lined up with good people.

I don't think my comment was nasty, I think it was truthful.

$300k house, 50k car, 2 college educations =$$ *

Yeah, good for her family. But if she'd take it and invest it she could double it.

*yes i'm pulling these numbers out of my ass

:lol A trio of country bumpkins could probably find their idea of a mcmansion for $90k.

I was laughing so hard when Jordan's brother had that same glassy eye'd wonderment, he looks exactly like her.

You're not really pulling them out of your ass. She lives with her grandparents, mom, and apparently brother. That's at least a 4 bedroom house.

Actually, I forgot that her mom already found a new house. She'll probably just pay it all off. Soldier has me all paranoid about making any more comments about that. :D

Notice she said a down payment on a home. I really liked that she said that.

And even if she does purchase a home outright that's an investment in itself. She can always get the money back when she sells the home.

Anyone who doesn't live with their parents after "growing up" for a few years is the definition of priviledged idiot. Or lucky as fuck they landed a sweet ass job.

That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. For sake of argument, say I "know" 50 people from high school and college throughout those years. I only know one person who moved back in with his parents and that's because he dropped out of community college.

* I'm 30 so we missed out on all this recession bullshit and I live in a small town where housing is cheap.

I couldn't watch the Evel Dick thing, the stream was just awful. Very choppy, too frustrating to keep up with.

But anyway, this has been a fun season/thread. I've enjoyed spending the Summer chatting with y'all. Hopefully we'll have a GAFfer in that house to root for next Summer.
