well dont forget those 2 shots are from a very early production model. Hell according to the site, it still doesnt have an offical name, but because the head so closely resembels Ironhide, they are speculating its him...

So I guess after Ironhide, we will have a repaint and it will be ratchet. And then there will be a decepticon repaint....
