BitTorrent of Sega's 10 year old Sonic & Knuckles VHS promo tape

Got this from alt.fan.sonic-hedgehog:

10 years ago a special game was released by Sega, with a revolutionary
new technology (at least, that's what they said). A few months before
this game was shipped, Sega held a worldwide contest for this unreleased
game. An MTV special, covering the contest, was shown once and then
never mentioned again.

I have finally got around to digitizing my VHS tape and am currently
hosting a torrent of "Rock the Rock" on s0nicfreak. If you want to view
this piece of Sonic history, why not go download it now at:

On the torrent.

Wow, there's a lot of old game-related video going around these days.

Which other ones have I missed?
Well look below for the opening of archive.org's video game PR-stuff section, which I'll be donating my collection to shortly.

This torrent is around 300mb but really fast btw. I'll snap some screens after I get it.

I have a whole DVD+Rs worth of old Sega promo stuff I should really add to the archive... it's an annoying process to add stuff there though.

I don't know; WMP had no sound for me but VLC played it just fine.

Anyway, it's MTV covering a Sonic & Knuckles tournament held on Alcatraz. Not all that exciting, actually. The background music brought me back to my high school alternative-rock days.

Old-school gaming video tapes are the best thing ever. I can't wait til some of those vids you have hit the web, Fen. :) Excellent.

I wish I knew what I did with my old Virtual Boy preview tape, or the Yoshi's Island one. I also had a really "interesting" Turbo Grafx tape around here, somewhere...

The TG16 tape is one that I'm donating.

I really would want the one where a "reporter" "sneaked" inside NOA and found finally a Virtual Boy in a dark room, glowing red. So cool!
