This kind of thing is worryingly common in nursing homes and hospitals, sadly.

It's a job that desensitises people to suffering and if those in the job are just unskilled, low paid workers in it for the money, with no realistic ability to get anything better, then empathy goes out the window full stop.

With particularly violent cunts like this wanker, what starts as petty vindictiveness and self loathing eventually becomes physical abuse.

Hopefully he gets arrested and the victim gets proper, dignified treatment.

I think his point is pretty clear: that there is a media double standard and this will get absolutely zero attention from the mainstream outlets whereas it would be a national outrage if the races were reversed. If you don't see a problem with that, you're the problem.

Nobody will dispute that this is a piece of shit, nobody will argue that it's self defense because maybe the old guy coughed on him and he thought he might have Covid.
Nobody is going to look into this old guys history to see if maybe he shoplifted some candy as a child, which would justify this beating.

There was a storyline in Alan Moore's run on Swamp Thing about his wife Abigail working at a nursing home. One of her coworkers was an abusive shit who liked to mistreat their elderly charges. It felt a little too real and not something Moore would have created for dramatic effect. So sad to hear it's actually quite common.
