Ronitta win this please.

I am so sad none of you get to see Tennti play the entire weekend. He's amazing.

I'll link videos of his past matches later.

RIP it's over.

Matoi Kokonoe beats Ronitta Celica.

Fenritti Force representing Kansai dominated South Town representing Kanto in this 11 on 11 battle.

8-0 left.

Great tournament, I would have liked to see the rest of Fenritti Force's players, though. :(

But man, what a weekend for BlazBlue.

I wonder when the console version will come out. Playing CF for the first time in a packed competitive arcade wasn't the best avenue, especially when you main Tsubaki.

She really does have a great set of tools now, though. Sadly, so does everyone else.

They should be doing casuals and exhibitions in a bit

You'll get to see more and I can link gameplay matches for any players and characters you specifically want to see.

BlazBlue Central Fiction will be out on PS3 and PS4 this Fall, around October probably.

KVO next weekend will have BlazBlue Central Fiction, but not the same players will be there. This event was big cause of Nationals and people coming from all over the country.

Tennti the best Izayoi in Japan is now on stream against Goro on a revenge match after Goro beat him last night.

Definitely a good watch!

I hate Izayoi on many levels, especially as a Tsubaki main. She's not fun to fight. Got bodied by one at HEY, too.

She's one of the stronger characters in the game. She has the most tools for the most situations but she requires skill to learn and is very meter management heavy.

A good watch to learn what to do when Izayoi starts pressuring with Trans Am and OD.

If you want videos of Tsubaki players I'll be happy to provide twitters and footage for someone learning.

Conan is the best Tsubaki at the moment, followed by Terralunar and then a few others. Tsubaki is strong in CF. You just need to get used to the mechanics of the game first.

A good first step to learning CF while waiting is playing CPE. If you can play CPE on console, you can pick up CF.

I would say I'm an intermediate Tsubaki at best. I can usually destroy anyone spamming basic techniques or new stuff, but put me up against anyone who's really skilled and I'll usually get decimated.

I'd be very thankful if you could share them as I am currently working on improving my Tsubaki play.

I won't be posting anything before BBCP 2.0 since that isn't as relevant.

Not all game centers are sponsored and have the resources to stream regularly. Not all players go to events either. So sometimes for some characters it is necessary to make do with older footage, learn and practice hit confirms in training, and ask players when possible if you're not able to go to game center.

There's no shame in learning to play completely from Training Mode. It works for a lot of top players for a lot of different games. Obviously you would prefer to play against other people to learn real situations, but spending time by yourself is extremely valuable and necessary.

Exhibition matches are over.

National BlazBlue weekend is over. I hope you enjoyed and found the event informational and interesting and I hope more of you pick up and stick with the game.

A significant number of talented players out there just for this game alone, and tons for other games like Gundam and Guilty Gear and Tekken.

Archives for the entire event will be up later if Jourdal doesn't already do it. So if you missed out on BlazBlue this weekend it will be up on nico and youtube later.

Thanks for the posts/information, Shun. It's appreciated.

I never would have known about this event had it not been for you, which would have been a shame. So many great matches/players!

didn't get to watch any of this...makes me sad. I'll catch some footage as I find time.

So 2 makotos enter and both make finals? Damn. More footage of Shino playing Noel is good for me though, wished he would've made it further
