As of yesterday, tickets for BlizzCon 2005 can be purchased through the first link, with sales limited to 4,400 tickets. It's being held on the 28th and 29th of October at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
$125, though? I can't imagine paying that much for a two-day convention, especially when the only real draws are to watch pro gamers compete at Warcraft III/Starcraft and playing LAN games of WoW.
