The majority of the trophies are hidden. The only stuff that isn't hidden is the basics that you'd expect like collect all weapons.

Are you? Is the name (not even details, but the NAME) of an alleged mechanic that may or may not even exist a spoiler to you? I have no idea what it is. I've only heard it mentioned by the previous guy and saw an opportunity to make a cute joke.
 
Time mileage varies so much in these games. I spent about 50 hours in Anor Lando alone on my first playthrough, loving killing Silver Knights over and over and frequent co-op. Amazing. My first time overall was 120 hours, then 180 after NG+++.

Then I moved onto my next characters...

So for those who have played the Retail version to any substantial degree I have 3 non-spoiler-ific queries:

  1. Is the aliasing distracting?
  2. Does the framerate hold up well (as good as Demon's Souls and better than Blight town in Dark Souls)?
  3. How good is the online connectivity (if the servers are online atm)?

On framerate and graphics:
Last few things I want to clarify. People were worried that there might be a graphics downgrade. I played the alpha and now the real thing, and I can tell you that the game looks even better. In the alpha I noticed that there were some unifnished rendering on character clothing and some environmental things, but now I'm looking at the clothing textures and also the environment and 80% of my time spent in Bloodborne as of now is just looking around to all the attention to detail. It's a beautiful looking game with sublime music. You guys are in for a treat considering that day 1 is gonna improve performance as well.
Frame rate wise, its been a solid 30fps so far and I'm already used to the control and love the speed of the game. everything you do, and what the enemies do is just atleast 2-3 times faster than the previous entries.

The current spoilers are no big deal (playtime, number of armor sets and weapons found by one reviewers, starting classes and skills, and one other thing) for anyone worried about wading into the spoiler thread. Everything is spoiler tagged in the OP too, so you can go in and just check out, say, the amount of weapons without getting anything else spoiled.

I want to comment in it but won't risk being subscribed to the thread. There's definitely going to be more coming soon and I won't make it through the week with that thread constantly at the top of my 'subscribed' page.
 
I don't know what is going on here (i just woke up) but i don't think i will like it. I think i'm going to take a vacation from GAF until the game is out at least.

Hopefully I caught everything, if not please PM me about stuff I might have missed. I'm not exactly up to speed on Bloodborne stuff so I only edited in tags for the obvious spoiler mechanic.
 
QUICK! What is the name of the PS4 charge-cable?

Is it MICRO USB or MINI USB?

I think the extra month was worth the polish going by these early impressions. Glad to have more high quality spring games than just more fall ones. Hopefully Uncharted will be this next year^^

I'm honestly more afraid of someone posting a spoiler thread title.I think some people were saying that this has happened recently?

I've no problem avoiding specific threads but spoiler thread titles are the worst.It's pure terrorism man!

that's lightning for apple stuff isnt it? looks like micro USB but all rounded. I have one of those with my oppo HA-2 amp, it says it's for apple products.

The bigger one is the Mini USB

The other one I don't know, proprietary stuff?

EDIT - Actually it looks like a type-A micro USB cable? You want type-B, the one that looks like a trapezoid
