Bones fucking sucks.

What a shame to see David go from one of the best shows on tv in years to this shit.

Supernatural's first episode was pretty kickass, though. It has a lot of potential. And Jensen Ackles kicks ass.

WB is more likely to give a show like that a chance. I bet even Firefly would have survived for at least a full season over there.
My thoughts exactly. I can't believe he went from Angel to this tripe.. The show needs far more David (whatever his name was in the show) and far less "Bones".

Supernatural on the other hand rocks! Especially the beginning when
their mother hears the baby through the baby monitor and goes to check it out and finds her "husband" standing over the crib. Then he goes "shhh" and she walks off like everything's ok... only to find her husband asleep downstairs (oh shit!).

Then the whole
sucked to the ceiling/bursting into flames, the ghost killer, the constant jokes... ("Agent Mulder... Agent Skully" :lol!) etc. Speaking of the ghost killer (ie woman in white). The part when she had him in the car and he said she couldn't kill him since he was faithful and she was all.. "we'll see".. oh snap! :D

It looks like it's going to be one of my must watch weekly series.

There are some problems with House MD that make it hard to like if not overlooked. Dr. House is head of his own department which specializes in hard cases, which is fine, but he and the 3 doctors do almost EVERYTHING themselves. It's basically a 6 person hospital as far as House is concerned, which also moonlights as a investigative unit or a CDC unit at times. Next is the immunity to litigation. This is kinda easy to overlook since otherwise there'd be no show, and House can't be his delightfully asshole self. Then there are various medical gaffes that range from the obvious to stuff only doctors would know. ...and yes, it frequently but not always dips into its formula bin.

Despite all that, I love the show.

I was wondering when someone would critique House' medical material. Thanks for the link.

Really though, as I've said in other threads House's strong point is not the medical drama. It's the characters and how the medical situations and the characters' reactions that reflect on them that is the driving point of the show.
