Game UK is still saying July 1st for the UK. Thats in Europe so lots of languages.

I hope they keep that release date, and the US delay is just for scheduling reasons (i.e leave everything until Q4)

I'm fairly certain the one mentioned at E3 was the next version after this one.

Are we sure that date isn't just a typo? I heard review copies have already gone out to print mags... unless those were just preview? EBGames and Amazon both still have it listed as June 21...

Well, I do hope it's a mistake, but it takes someone pretty incompetent to misspell J-u-n-e as O-c-t-o-b-e-r.

It probably doesn't have anything to do with mispelling. There's likely a drop down menu that they use to select dates for each respective title. Sometimes a little jolt and the menu selects the wrong month.
