I had the same issue, consistently crashed every 1-5 minutes. Patches did nothing.

..Until I cleaned up with DDU and NVCleanstall (installed only the core driver, disabled everything else, to make sure)

Haven't had a crash in two days since...

Idk if that'll fix it for you, but just wanted to offer a tip.

I'm anxious to see if BL4 will overtake FF16 as the biggest, most trolling, most overblown thread activity on Gaf ever…there are so many people replying to the threads that clearly haven't even played it at all, and a lot of the negative activity has absolutely no relevant context.

I can already tell that doesn't work for everyone unfortunately, i always use ddu before installing the drivers and i only install those, no app or other bullshit.

Game still crash.

I really really want to play this on switch 2. but that might be the stupidest decision i ever make.

There's something psychological freeing knowing the game always runs bad and accepting and getting used to that as opposed to worrying whether the game will suddenly decide the shit the bed on you.

(For the record I'm not getting it on Switch 2. I'll wait for a deep pc discount).

Performing better is definitely a good thing.

Whether it performs what we would call "good" is a different question entirely.

Anyone buying this 6 or 12 months later, will have better performance, fewer bugs, lower price and more content to play.

I am no longer a fan of these cap raises. I hate that all of this stuff I have done is not getting XP.

One of the things I hated in BL3, was when I would make an awesome build, farming some specific weapon and gear, and then sometimes later, they would release a patch that nerfed half my build into oblivion.
This is another reason why I would rather wait to play the game, until they stop releasing patches that break meta builds.

I do and I also don't have a 5090, but it was common thinking that a 5090 shouldn't need DLSS just to get 60 fps in the game

Agreed. the only time I don't immediately use DLSS is when I am on my ultrawide 1440p. I will use DLAA if I can.

I will use DLSS even if the titles doesn't need it.

Why? Lower temps and power consumption.


Although, I do like to see how a game performs without any upscaling.

It's good that they improved performance. Now they can focus on releasing garbage dlc for exurbants amount of money and then slowly fill the game with some much shit that it drags down the performance again and by then they've abandoned it.
