Black Hat (Suspect 1) is dead. He was run over by a car, shot many multiple times, then a bomb on his chest blew up.

That last sentence is not an exaggeration.

Suspect 2 (White Hat) is at large. FBI and Massachusetts police have set up a perimeter and seem extremely confident that White Hat is in there. Police are going door to door sweeping houses.

People (on Twitter) seem to be making a thing out of the PD arresting the wrong suspects. I'd rather be arrested than be opened fire upon. Some police departments come more correct than others, it seems.
