I don't know the source or if it is legit, but what I had heard is that Russia warned the US about the older brother a while ago (I think about 2 years) for some reason, but they investigated him and found no reason to be concerned. That's the rumor I read here on GAF, not sure where the original source came from.

The report was an unknown country speculated from what I've heard to be Russia or Israel.
