That's the possibility he raised, based off the guy at around 1:20 in the Youtube video. But that presents the added complication of the uncle hiding from the family that he was aware of Sunil's whereabouts.

Suspect 2 may or may not be Sunli. His family released a YouTube video recently wishing for his return (he was reported missing). In the photo released today, the man in the foreground has a strong resemblance to the uncle featured in the YouTube video.
