Boston: One dead, one captured, city re-opened

Given that both of these guys came to the US 10 or more years ago I really doubt they had any training overseas. Unless of course they had any trips in that time.
 
Boyfriend ended up going to work, seem like none of his coworkers are staying home/havent even heard of last nights events. It's about about 20 minutes from waterfront, so maybe I'm overreacting. Also worried for him because he's Russian with a temporary greencard. :/

NBC just interviewed journalist Robin Wright, whose kids went to the same high school as he did, and described the kid as being a “beautiful boy.” She says that get kid had no idea and are “devastated.” She says that he was a loving kid. She says get kid just texted Dzhokhar about going to the Superbowl together.

Sounds like no one could have expected this.

No, what referencing their apparent religion does is give the most assumably relevant reason for the apparent terrorist actions they have taken. Given the real and current lack of information, and certainly lack of any other legitimate reasons for their resorting to terrorism, we can infer certain things about specific attackers and attacks based on the apparent religion of attackers and the large history of Islamic terror attacks. That you want to disallow references to that to resolve old problems or supposedly fix future ones is intellectually disingenuous, and illegitimate in a relatively open and free society founded on the ideal of free and open speech.

They went back and forth between countries, definitely possibly this was planned for a while.

They should of stocked up on 4-6 months worth of food/water and got out of boston the day the explosions happened.

They could of been in the mountains with no leads. But thankfully criminals are stupid and hopefully they catch this asshole real soon and if a bullet accidentally hits him in the head i won't be sad. Maybe they wanted to get caught? Who knows.

How is that in relation to what you said? Describing the suspect as "hot" and how youre turned on by him? Why do you think thats appropriate in this thread?

Me? I hope I didn't say that earlier in this thread haha. I live on the first floor of a dorm building at Northeastern. I'm not that close to where everything is going on currently..I was just trying to say that the lockdown in Boston isn't as locked down as people may think..just some positivity out of here I suppose. I'm sure Allston/Cambridge/Watertown, etc are totally locked down, though.
