A coworker who returned from venturing outside informed her and the rest of the department that a bomb squad was called into the area. She also learned through her coworker that the cruise line that was docked at the port has been evacuating their passengers off the ship. She says the incident has shut down several streets in the area, which is just outside downtown Tampa.

Haven't heard anything about the 19 year old since they set up a perimeter six hours ago. I'm guessing they're still cautiously moving through each house? Or have they actually found him?

Nothing's changed. It does seem like BPD has been looking into some other situations outside the perimeter, so it's possible they're considering he may have broken through.

I think it's possible since there was a decent amount of time between when shit went down and they actually began to set up the perimeter. I don't think it's impossible for him to have escaped. But it's also possible he shot himself in some bushes hours ago and they just haven't found his body yet.
