The dog with the vest (or one of them I guess) was just shown on video on WHDH. He looks ready to get on with it, very eager. He rules.

They also made a good point. This may be the closest the US gets to having an actual war going on here. With the vibe, all the people out and all of that. It sure looks like it in pictures and video.

I was asking a fair question imho. I'm not saying that the BPD/FBI/Whoever are doing a bad job, I have no idea , it's just crazy to an outsider reading all this, watching the feeds and trying to comprehend how such an amount of law enforcement can be given such a run around by a 19 year old.

Dude could be dead in a ditch for all we know. I think they're just being really methodical, which is slow

Imagine looking even remotely close to those blurry pictures and trying to climb on an international flight.

Blurry pics were released more than three full days later. Between Monday and Wednesday, random darker-skinned Middle-Eastern men were suspected and questioned. The actual suspects could've easily slipped out of the country at any time in those three days.

Is it odd that I don't consider 19 to be "grown as man" status? I know it's legally an adult. I know he can go to war and such, but at 32, I can safely say I wasn't a grown as man at 19 like I thought I was.

I agree with this, 19 is barely out of high school. I'm not saying that he shouldn't be tried as an adult though.

What if he got shot, crawled into some pipe or hidden away room and just bled to death. And like, no one finds him for weeks.
I don't know how i would feel about this.

I would assume after 1-2 days with 0 sightings they would presume he is just dead and wind it down and start searching sewers more and what not. That would be insane though.

First post in this thread since I don't have anything to add but it's the best source for news.

I just want to say props to F!ReW!Re for updated summaries. It's really helpful.

We don't know how quickly the FBI found out who the suspects most likely were. They delayed giving info to the public. I don't think they could have gotten out of the country unless they literally boarded a flight right after the marathon.

The display of force will hopefully convince any enemies watching that we will clearly ruin your shit if you try anything. IF we use this much force for two dudes, imagine what we'd send against an army.

When we say, "released photos", are we not talking about those same blurry-as-all-fuck store cam pictures? Or were there clearer photos and names released yesterday evening? I might have missed that, as I was busy doing other shit until late last ngiht. If we're talking about the blurry cam shots...they could have gotten away scott-free. Yesterday people looking at those photos couldn't even agree whether they were even white kids or not, much less easily identifying them in a busy airport terminal. I understand that nerves may have triggered them to become pre-emptively aggressive and irrational. I just don't know that they needed to be.

The blurry as fuck photos. Because while they were blurry as fuck to you and me, if that was your two brothers, or your two neighbors, you would have most certainly recognized them. Especially since there were two of them. You can talk yourself out of a single ID, but when they both look eerily familiar, you know it. And believe me, they had to know they were cooked after that. There's no going home after that.

EDID: Well, Daddy wasn't going to turn him in. :lol

CBS News is saying that they built a bomb just like the one they used at the Boston Marathon and threw it at police last night, but it didn't explode as intended. Also built several pipe bombs. They were definitely planning something else.
